I just join this forum. I am looking to buy new GS430 in the nearest future and was wondering if there will be any significant changes for 2002 model?

Probably nothing significant after last years change. I'm betting new color options, and perhaps different options packages.

no redesign before 2002, more likely 2003.......incremental stuff in the interim, as mentioned above
