in all honesty, its all personal taste. i felt there was too much chrome in the front of the car. plus i had to crack the headlights open to clean them. water streaks made the headlights look bad. thank god for meguires plastX...
standard headlights look good with certain colors on the GS though, giving it a very classy look.

hey i dont know if the question is a "thread Hi-Jack" sorry if it is , but i dropped my car to get the black housing painted as well, but tey painted my lens, Freakin Ugly- any idea on how to remove the paint?-- again I apologize if im hi jacking the thread, I just like the black housing as well and want to do it to my headlights

my headlights ARE actually more on the gunmetal tha black.
its just lighting and the lens makes them look darker than the original paint i used.
as for removal, the only thing i can suggest is lightly sand it down, primer, and new coat of paint. its the bezel inside the lense that gets paint. the original bezel was plastic with chrome on it. i basically put 1 coat of primer, and several light coats of gunmetal paint. i was actually trying to match the slightly lighter gunmetal found in the new nsx projector headlights but failed. still turned out good i think.
