i have 245/35/19 on 19x10" Nexen N3000 and i have rim sticking out of tyre so thats a fair bit of stretch, itd look strange if you dont use spacers and your wheel is sunk to have stretch like that.

I think with 5mm, generally it will not require new studs. However, most people who run 5mm spacers use them for BBK clearance for their wheels and not for increased aesthetic appeal. Your wheel sticking out 5mm more will have a minimal visual difference. I'd go with a 10mm or 15mm for the rear, and yes, those size spacers will require that you use extended studs. There are several brands out there with studs already pressed into spacers if don't feel comfortable installing the new extended studs. The one I'm using... Ichiba v2 has built-in extended studs. Project Kics does too as well as H&R.
