This is why police should crack down on this whole VIP crap with stretched out tires. People driving on these tires are not only endangering themselves, but everyone around them as well. This is way worse than riced out hondas of late 90ies early 00's with stickers and fartpipe exausts.

Has nothing to do with hostility, but stretched tires are not safe and are not meant for road use. Imageine if such stretched tire pops off and car starts spinning out of control?

How many PSI were you running in your tires? If they're under inflated on a stretched setup they can heat up and the sidewall will separate. I've never that problem with stretched tires and I run -3.3 camber all around daily. It could also be a defective tire.

i agree with chrispy streched tires are fine as long as the air pressure is checked up regularly. i been running a streched setup for some time to. no problems on my end, im only streching a 255 on a 10 inch wheel witch is a mild strech and im on air.

Ummm...how is that a stretch? 255 mm = just a bit over 10 inches. I thought the whole point of a stretch was to fit a smaller tire on a wider rim to lower the wall size??

I run 40-42 psi. The extra pressure should protect you a little more from potholes and hopefully your sidewall from coming apart again.
