Hello everyone,

I thought some of you might be interested in seeing how some LEDs look in the clear side markers.

The LEDS are the X6 Cool White from superbrightled.com. They do have a little bluish tint and don't match my HIDS that well (Xenon Depot 5500k kits in Headlights and Foglights), so I might change them out to the 6000k color temp.

Not bad but I never liked how you can see the bulb inside of the side marker so I added a custom touch to mine



and the bulb is a 19 led 194 from v-leds. Barely fit in there actually.

nice! i had the same as well until i had to repaint the bumper and decided to shave off the sidemarkers all together.

I'd like to see it lit up at night...I'm just wondering how much distraction the light will produce as compared to the overall lights.

The Sidemarkers aren't blue...just really white with some blue tint? haha, I think there is the same amount of blue tint as the Polarg M4s.

GS4_CS, I read your thread on your sidemarkers and I like them. I just wanted some clear ones.

Total cost was around $35 for the sidemarkers and LED's. It took less than 10minutes to put both sides in.

Thank you Junjdm. The pictures came out a little more blue than the LEDs are. I might try out a different set of white so that it will match up a little better.
