Engine / Acceleration Noise or buzzing

So I recently changed out my spark plugs, after doing so I noticed that my engine was giving off a weird buzzing noise. Also, upon acceleration the buzzing noise gets louder. Any one have any clue what that could be? Its really bothering me and doesn't sound right. Any help would be much appreciated.

It would help knowing which engine you have in your gs. Is it a 300, 400, or 430?

If hes having my same problem, the car sounds like a G35 leaving the light....it comes from the bottom drivers side and it almost sounds like I have a aftermarket exhaust....the car has no acceleration and switches gears very oddly when driven hard....anybody have any idea about what it can be??
