man the same thing happened to me, my crazy ex key'd my whole car!!! Front to back even hit the roof! i was pissed, but end results thanks to insurance was a brand new paint job, so i guess in some way she did me a favor LMAO!! hope u got insurance.

 

Report it to your insurance and see what can be done at this point..make sure tell them where and when...cuz they'll ask you for all the info..best to ya...bro....

 

I park as far as way as possible everywhere, and use good parking techniques, like the last spot of the lot next to a curb so someone can't park on the curb side and this still happens to me as well. I buy a car in February with no dings at all and here it is Jan of the next year and I'm shocked. That's okay though, as soon as winters over, detail/de-dent time .

I've had vandalism problems before with my vehicles. I know all about haters. 2 Kids in a honda civic dented my integra when I had it. And yes, I did catch them but that's besides the point. I thought of them as haters because they had a Honda and I had an Acura. Long time rivalry of stealing the Acura motors lol .

Good luck with finding the person and definately look for any near by cameras. I always park directly in front of the cameras whenever possible just in case of an unfortunate occurance.

keyed cars happens... too many times for me that i care to deal with. most jackaxx seem to just scratch the surface, you can usually have them buffed out. my old m5 on the other had got the "i hate you" x girl friend treatment and went past bare metal to scaring metal.... that was a pia

To be honest, I doubt they hate your car personally.


They either hate the way you parked, too close, slanted,doubleparked) Or they know you and hate you personally (ex) or know and hate you impersonally (you have a controversial bumper stickers), or it's just a random crime.

I don't think people really care sooo much about a particular car brand.

Check yourself and think about see if you're somehow instigating the keying, rather then thinking you're perfect all the time and it's just someone else's fault.
