Default pic of what happen to my ride today...

man i went down the street to buy some smokes today and on the way back home and i heard a big *BANG*sound and my car skid off road...so i got out to see this..my ball joint snap ...freaking a
on the last pic you can see the ball joint just sitting on the rims..mess the rim all uphere some more pic before i tow it to the dealer

Ouch!! How extensive was the damage. I'm glad that you weren't on the freeway when that happened. Things could have been much worse.

how many miles did you have on your gs before this happenend? man im getting more and more worried about my car

Damn bro that sucks. I've had all the tell tail signs, got the parts going to Toyota where a friend of friend is the service advisor. Hopefully I make it!

All I can say is, it appears your car suffered no fender damage like more BJ breaks.

damm thats bad, lucky you weren't going at higher speeds cause you could have been injured. glad your alright.
Were there any warnings prior to this incident over the last few weeks?? noises? vibrations? My cars still got fairly low kilometers (65,000miles) but its already 10 years old so i think its due for the change.

holy ***** that sucks.

My 2000 has 38,000 on it....so you can tell I never drive it....wonder if I should change them soon?

Where's the pic of your car after the fact? I don't see one.

nope there werent any warning before the incident today but before the ball joint went out my steering wheel shifted all the way left then i grab the wheel to bring it back and the bj snap

mine has 125kms and is 11yrs old. what exactly needs to be replaced?
