The digital clock in my 2001 GS430, runs fast. Does anyone know if it can be adjusted?

There is no adjustments other than changing the time. I have one for sale if you want to change it out.

It seems the timing crystal is shot.

The timing crystal is the tiny metallic cylinder shaped object mounted on the PCB. You could try to replace this (maybe 4Mhz??), but the guaranteed fix is replacement (new or second hand)
