Default My HID Bulbs Dont work Sometimes

Hi,t i have my GS400 1999,tha happen is the low beam hid stop working i will take the hid bulb off the head light will cheked looks good i put the hid light back in the head light and then will start working ,the question is i have to change the hid bulb or the ballast is bad i apreciate you guys help,this situation make me sick, thanks . JR

Do you have a aftermarket HID? Check connections, tape any connections with electric tape if suspect loose. I taped my old car that had a bad connections, and no problem after all.

if it's oem, you may have a bad ballast. check ebay if it's a bad ballast.

You can try swapping the bulb from the other side,if it stays lit you know its just the bulb,most of the time its just the bulb .

I chek the bulb very carefuli and i see some like 3 litle craks maybe the problem is the bulb

If sometimes one bulb doesn't work, and the other does... and needs for you to turn it off and back on for it to ignite. Then thats usually a sign of aging bulbs. Had the same issue once on my older LS. Very common with older bulbs.
