Custom License Plate Frame

Where is the best place to have a custom license plate frame made (engraved?) and then installed in socal (newport beach)? I want to have the normal Lexus script on the frame and a custom engraving "Big E"... haha Thanks!

Shopping mall kiosks are the only place I ever see or hear about making custom license plate frames anymore. Installing it is too easy not to DIY.
