Guys the auto leveling motor is a simple task for any DIYer. The motor simply turns then pull it out with a bit of effort. Its almost like putting in a light bulb...SUPER EASY. the hardest part I would say is just to take the front bumper off ....switching out a motor takes less than a minute.
if you buy the motor from Carson Toyotas OEM parts site and use the discount code "CLOEM" you'd save a little money.

Yeah, you know what REALLY pisses me off is that I bought (brand new OEM) the new(er) green tinted headlights not even 1.5 years ago and this happens! $H IT! Before that the original (from 2000) headlight level motors were completely fine when I sold them to get these...such BS. I'm sure I am just out of warranty range for that $500+ purchase.
Either the motor or the auto-leveling computer. I have been told that the computers are usually the culprit. It is located under the driver's side headlight and is very $$$. That's why I didn't look into it yet and besides it's not like my headlights are shooting up into the trees; I barely notice a difference in my car when driving at night.
