On cold mornings my steering column doesn't move down. I know that this is failing electric motor. I have question, how to remove that motor? I removed plastic cover that wraps around steering column(there was 3 screws). I saw 2 motor but that far away. Seems like I have to remove whole plastic lower console to reach them
