wouldn't that cause all 4 brakes to be the same, not just one?

Well I took my caliper off and inspected, its not the brake. What I did notice was the rotor was not on properly, it was hanging low. So when I put the wheel on with the rotor, I had to push up the rotor to make sure it was set where it should be.
Solved the problem, no more noise.

Ok, so I have changed the wheel bearing, pads, entire caliper with the bracket and sliders, and the noise is still there. I give up people, I have no idea what it could be. I spent 600$ so far on this issue without any positive results. The wheel is still getting super hot, and its making the noise.
What do I do now....

Have You Tried Rotating Your Wheels Around To See If The Sound Moves With It. The Only Other Thing That I Can Think Of Is Maybe You Got A New Defective Part. Trust Me It Happens. I Work At A Dealership And I Get That Come Times. I Swear It Sounds Like A Bearing. Maybe Even The Actual Hub. Keep Me Updated And I Will Do What I Can To Help You. Even Though I Am 10 Hours Away. But Just Be Patient. It Is Just A Car, And It Can Be Fixed!

UPDATE!
The noise was cause by the CHEAP tires. I bought Toyo T1Rs and the car is perfect! I cant believe tires would make so much noise. Lesson learned, do not go cheap!

if you have cheap tires that cuases noise, would you still get noise when you make turns while driving?
The noise is coming from my passenger rear. so when i make right hand turns at 40mph the noise would go away. and when the steering wheel is again... the noise comes back.
When i make a left hand turn, the noise gets worse....
Im starting to think the drive axle is bad and the joints are cuasing the noise... any suggestions ??

Bad tire caused the wheel bearing go bad. I fixed the bearing and noise was still there, so we switched tires and noise went away. Spent 1000$ looking for the problem! I know it's old, but i never posted the fix. sorry.
