Unless the car was sponsored by a company, writing to them won't do much. Wheel shops do this all the time, I've seen my cousin's car on ebay but they were advertising a fake replica version of his spoiler.

call the seller, tell them your lawyers of big name sponsors will contact them within 48 hours. and call eBay every 5minutes .

as an amature photographer, this really angers me.

I'm not a lawyer, but a pretty knowledgeable photographer.

Hey Tony, I'm with Chaphoto on this one. Too many people sue for frivolous things, but this is one instance where it is justified. I'd be pissed, but they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this crap!!!

First off I love your car..

I think I would have mixed feelings about it.. At first I was like man, I wish someone would use my car.. then I thought about what you said that these people could possibly be shady sellers on ebay and your car would be affilited with there name..

wow, I would be pissed. I see why they used your car, sweeeet. But as mentioned, on principal alone I would insist through whatever means at my disposal, that they remove your car from any advertising they do, or compnsate you.

Good luck!

I understand that he has removed them, but I am not going to thank him lol it just wasn't ethical. I do appreciate him removing them though. Just think about all the other people's car he may have done this to as well
