I purchased the shifter indicator plate cover from a Lexus dealership. It was about $38.00 with tax included.

The shifter only has one LED bulb that can be replaced. On the inside of the shifter indicator plate cover, directly on the back of the "P","R", etc. indicator is a plastic piece that distributes the light throughout the indicators.

Looks good, I would really like to change the interior lighting of my GS from that plain green color. I wish the whole interior glowed green/blueish white like the speedometer and gauges instead of that weak Toyota green color.

Damn man that looks freaking cool i want my climate control to look like that as well.

I know of a guy that does it for supras, his on supramania.com heres a pic of his work.

There is a little tint of blue because of the brightness of the LED but in person the background is black and the text/indicator is white.
