Question Question: Funny noise......

I've been hearing a funny crackling sound coming from what I thought was inside dash above the cluster somewhere but after further investigating it, it's really coming from under the dash. I have found that it is really behind the radio area by the gas pedal it looks to be a black box (maybe like a relay box or something) it seems to be attached to the AC stuff. Only really had about 5 mins before work to check i will check again in the morning to get a better description of it.

But would anybody know what this is by chance.

Thanks

But the black box I speak of is connected to the HVAC system with a plug going into it and you can feel it clicking/creaking in that box when it is making its sound.
