the center console has a bunch not just 2. When you open the arm rest lower portion there are 2 that hold the arm rest on. Then there are 2 on the bottom of the lower portion of the pocket might be covered by a carpet. Pull out the rear vent should be a bolt there. Pull out the wood trim by the gear shift there should be 2 there and pull out the ashtray as well should be 2 by the radio. Note they are all 10mm bolts. If that helped you good if not I'll post up pics from the factory service manual let me know.

the vent just pulls out. you have to use a flathead with tape around the edge and just pry its clipped in. the wood trim pulls out its also clipped you open the arm rest and use the screw driver around where the wood ends. just dont pull too hard as you have to disconnect the wiring for the buttons. I'll update this thread with the service manual pics tomorrow after school.

Hey Shane,

Check out this thread about a DIY nav install.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=286180

It shows how to remove the center console.
