Default Airbox. Worth the money?

Guys,

Do you think the airbox is worth the $100 more or not? Does it really provide any noticeable performance gain? Really appreciate your opinion here. It could save me $100 and more! Thank you.

i dont know about performance...

but it quiets the loud sound of the intake down... thats one good thing about it.....

2nd, it makes your engine bay looks more filled up and complete and makes it look nices rather then just having a intake hanging in the corner.. and the top plate of the airbox could be modified to have like a plexiglass on top ..... so you can see the intake and looks like your spent more on the intake system then those honda guys... oh and did i mention it looks nice... im sure it adds some power because it blocks the heat away from intake... and the aluminum keeps the cold air in for the intake?

i think the air box would look better in black.. to match the overall engine bay.
