Have you looked at L-Sportline? We carry both TTE and L-Sportline. Contact me thru e-mail if you need more info.

Dave,
Have you raced with your girlfriend's NSX?
If so, who wins?
I'm sure after all ur long list of mods, it must be fun!

NA1:

Yes I have, and I win.

This is a point of constant irritation to her as everyone that sees the two cars asks that question... we ususally end up racing somewhere stupid like at a light in front of a police station. I typically get the jump on her right at the start and pull slowly (assuming she shifts well) througout the race.

If her car were a 97+ (which got a nice jump in HP) and has a sub-5-sec 0 - 60 time she'd kill me. She's getting a free-flowing exhaust soon which may close the gap a little.

Wouldn't you think a front lip spoiler would actually reduce the car's speed/performance overall because it blocks more air so the car gets more drag...or whatever all that mess is....all I see is that with a front lip spoiler we are putting something where nothing was before and therefore apparently slowing the car down?,.,.,.is this true??

Even so, where can I get the best deal for a TTE front lip spoiler for a champagne gold (beige) color GS?

Most of the bodykits are for "look" only. If you are looking for the kit that would reduce the aero coeff., you have to actually ask the manu. Sometimes they don't even do the wind tunnel test.

Fiber glass material is lighter than the stock material. Assuming that the aero coeff remains the same with fiberglass kit, your car will go faster and stop better due to the lesser weight.

I read that L-Sportline does wind tunnel tests for their body kits.

Yeah, so I've heard.

When I asked them for some real data, they wouldn't tell me but did tell me the kit will help to stablize the car at like 145 mph!

there isn't really any hard data you can get. They can say they did, and you can't tell them to prove it. Even if someone got 2 types of bodykits (for example L-Sportline and C-West), did wind-tunnel, and C-West came out alot better in aerodynamics, L-S can say that they just didn't do as good of a job.

Go with the design you like I guess.
