No enginyr, I'm afraid not. Once they shipped to me, I proceeded to ship them to Cali, where they chromed them for me! And so far in all of Dallas (and there's plenty of phatt rides w/ rims around here  ) I haven't seen my wheels not on even one car.

Negative dieselman, 19' is the largest! But without question they have that apperance. I've been asked if they were 20's several times!

They do look like 20's....disadvantage have those huge lips we like....The chroming looks fantastic (better than factory). Can you hook-a-brutha-up with the digits?

As you probably know, I got em' originally from Tire Rack. I then had a "serious Hook-up" on the chroming deal. Believe me if I can ever pass on any type of hook-up, I will. Everyone here knows it. Let's just say you know how your "local dealership" can be. I will tell you the place that was used is "Wheel Concepts" in Cali. Flawless craftminship!

Default TxStyle How much?

How much can we expect to pay for the chroming of the wheels? They look sweet as hel. I have been looking for an 18" chrome 5 Star and have not been able to find one to my liking. It seems that you have it(in a 19"). Which Wheel Concepts did you use in Cali.? There seems to be 3 of them listed.

I am checking as to which one it is right now. I will post up as soon as I find out. And Victor as far as a "tight" 5 star wheel I know exactly what you mean! When I decided to change up my wheels this last & final time, I looked at a wide range of possibilities, from the reasonably priced to the    priced! And as I narrowed it down to say the last 10 or so, I found myself always noticing how nice not only my car looked rolling up from valet with my factory 17', chrome but also how nice other GS's looked with the factory chrome, especially spinning! So I then decided I definitely wanted a 5-spoke wheel in chrome. But did I want a fat lip/deep dish style??? After having had several wheels of this type on different cars and noticing just how nice and stylish how the flush spokes looked on our cars, I narrowed it down to 2. The MODA and the KAHN RSR pictured below. The KAHN's are very nice and clean and in chrome even in an 18' would look quite phatt! But allas, I decided that 19' was the magic number for me. 20' was never really an option for various reasons mainly practicality. But I am extatic about my wheels and whenever I'm not driving and get a chance to see my car roll up dayor night, all I can say is:

Here are the KAHN RSR's If you interested let me know and I'll put you in touch with the only importer here in the states.

Excellent Question! @ $200-300 per wheel is considered reasonable.

Just to add a bit of helpful insight on the whole chroming topic: It is my understanding that the "surface area" plays a role in the overall pricing! Example: It would be considerably more to chrome say an LD1 from Lowenhart than these very MODAS pictured here.
Not because of brand but cause' there is alot more to chrome.
