I got a question for you. Is the stuff real chrome. My dad would do the removal if he was assured that the stuff underneath with not tarnish or discolor or anything bad. Can u please answer and tell me how long u have had the DIY chrome grill for.

 

I've had mine for 3 moths and it looks as good as the first day, people are always a little iffy about doing it at first but once you get it done you will love it!

I can assure you that the chrome that is underneth the black paint is LEXUS quality.. I figured at the last minute they changed there mind and painted the grill black so it wouldn't look like a Benz.. But this is just a theory of mine..
