Default DIY how???

I could not find anything on how this was done. I want to remove the amber lense from the FRONT turn signal in the head light. I remember a post where a member did this a few months ago. I just bought black cases and want to know if I have to crack them open or what. Thanks for any help.

What are black cases?

You can melt them with a soldering iron and shake the pieces out or take a dremel and cut it out, and then shake the pieces out, or you could bake the headlights in the oven and rip apart the lenses and then take the yellow out.

i think he bought black lenses for the turn signals, which he will have to crack open the headlights to change.

I just bought a set of lights with the housings painted black. I have to get rid of the amber turn signal, looks outta place in the black housings. Thats what I wanted to know is if I could cut them back open and the amber lens just pops out or do you cut it out or what. Sorry I wasnt clear on this before. Thanks

If you haven't done this yet, this might help.
