Default Gs problems, Sputter Sputter Noise

Ok.. I just changed teh spark plugs for my 99 gs300 to denso iridiums myself took two days, cause i didnt have the right tools. After I installed them i took em for a test drive. RUNS PERFECT.

But dum dum duuum, I decided to drain and refill my transmission fluid when i came back from the test drive. Now I'm starting to hear this sputter sputter sound.

What could it be? Dont tell me its the spark plugs cause some fluid dripped into them when iwas putting the new ones in. Or there isnt enough transmission fluid?

Help!!

How did you check your transmission fluid?

You can hear the sputter pop pop come out of the exhaust, but if I listen at the engine bay where the spark plugs are you can hear it start there. Its probably the spark plugs misfiring because radiator fluid got into the spark plugs when I just finished putting them in.
