Electrical problem isn't really a problem on our cars. The door actuator goes out, but that's about it. Everything else is fine.

We have the front lower balljoint problems though. For the GS400 guys, the starter can be a pain.

do a search. There are lots of threads covering this topic.

The only problem I can think of is when a grl sits in the car, they always wet the seats. =)

I have an 02 GS430. The center buttons on the console (heated seats, vsc, pwr/snow swithches seems short out when I turn the lights on...their lights dont always come on unless i mess with the each button...then they usually will come on. Also, I had to replace my headlights a few months ago b/c of condensation builidng up. Thats all Ive got though.

It's what controls your power door locks. I had one go bad but it was replaced under warranty.

the biggest problem i have found with owning the GS is the mod bug you get from being around all these dam people in CL.

Yeah, also it seems we have a lot more money left to actually mod the car instead of being spent to repair the car(BMW/Benz) lol
