Got a call from the shipping company yesterday. Kit should be arriving today, between 12 and 3pm. WOOT!!! Gonna leave work early to check it out.

 

Its always exciting to receive the new mods. Even better when you pick it up from the body shop and see the kit on the car for the first time. Its like a whole new car

 

bad news everyone! the shipment was delayed to another truck. did not come today. even i was excited!

 

Its like an itch that wont go away when something you really want and have been wating for is so close and than last second its delayed.

Grrrr!!!! I received a call on Monday, saying the kit will be delivered Tuesday. Will someone be there between 12-3pm? Sure, I say, and arranged it. I call for an update every hour, no news, I leave work around 4pm, still no answer. I call the shipping company, and they said it was put on another truck, and they don't know when it will be delivered since the people in that dept are gone for the day, please call tomorrow. INSTANT MIGRAINE!!!! I started to take it out on the poor lady on the phone, but calm down and realize she can't do anything about it. I tell myself to remain calm. I call today, 4 times, keep getting transferred to the scheduling dept, and keep getting the answering machine. Stay calm, WOOOSSSAAAHHHH, heheh. Well, after leaving messages, calling back, etc, I finally get thru. They don't know what happened, I said the driver should have at least called, and the whole day was wasted, etc. They apologize, and agree, and well, we finally have it set up for Friday. Jeez!!! Well, we'll see what transpires Friday. As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait, right? Wish me luck folks.

This kit flows very nice on the GS lines especially the front IMHO!
