Default Steering Problem

Hi guy's, i have an 02GS430 with 65,000 miles on it. I have had a wheel balance done, alignment, new Kumho Ecsta AST tires put on and i have the stock 5 star chrome Lexus wheels.
Driving around, the car pulls back and forth to the left and right, like it can't go straight, also my steering is a little loose i guess. When i brake or start to come to a stop, the steering wheel will try to pull to the right by itself, almost like i have to force it to stay straight!
My tire size is 235/45/17 and the pressure is at 33 psi.

Can you guy's please shed some light on this for me?

Thanks so much!

with all you have tried and mentioned above. i would suggest looking at the following
1. your ball joints might be dying/ wearing out and so causing more unusual/non-straight movements to the left and right.
mine did the same but is over a 100k miles unlike yours
2. try tightening the steering wheel pretensioner. that will stiffen the steering to some degree and reduce this kind of movement you described.
-i recommend you try #2 first and also change your bushings/ rubbers in the suspension part of your car before trying the ball joints.(cos your car has pretty low mileage for them to be gone) except if car was driven pretty hard by previous owner or yourself.
good luck
