The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the new business
start up for the sales and technical support of MCHP (Micro Combined Heat and
Power.) The purpose and function of the department is to establish, promote
and support a profitable entry of the Honda home (MCHP) products in the U.S.
market and to provide for a sound business platform for the introduction and
growth of future related home energy technologies.

This position will be directly responsible for product development (liaison
between R&D, OEM, and other business integrators), developing a platform for
the growth of MCHP business and future related home energy technologies, short
and long term business planning, marketing and staff oversight. Identify
interests of OEM's, Honda and others in order to create and execute OEM
agreements and contracts.

Minimum job qualifications include: BA/BS in engineering/business or
equivalent work experience in a highly technical oriented management or
marketing position. Must have a minimum 10 years technical managerial
experience in OEM business or engineering management in engine, OEM HVAC,
power generation or related industry. The qualified candidate must also
possess technical competency in 4 stroke engine technology and power
generation/delivery. Proven capability in marketing, contracts, and B to B
negotiations. Knowledge and experience with regulatory agencies, public
relations, and socioeconomic impact for alternative power business is a
substantial plus.

This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA and may initially require 50% or
more travel.

Guys, guys...settle down nah...settle down nah. Imagine if one of our bosses has a Lex that we are unaware of and belongs to CL. We will come into work the next morning to see the mandatory install of video surveilence in our offices to make sure we are being actually productive! That would suck. I think....THREAD CLOSED before some1 gets canned!!! lololololololol!!!

 

Shoot! I think the boss should laugh, admit that he's on CL all day too, and give us a riase for our exceptionally good taste.
