I noticed this happened to me twice so far. First i was just at my friends house showing him my car and jumped back in to drive it around the block when i noticed the brake light was on as if i pressed down the ebrake. I didnt push it down but i just pulled the release and it went away. Didn't think much of it until i was driving yesterday and then the brake light turned on again with a beep sound and i pulled the release again. I thought it was kind of weird that it popped up while I was driving. Does anyone know why this would happen? I tried searching but couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance! That's funny, because I noticed that too...but it was me. Everytime I got into the car, I accidently stepped on the brakes with my left leg and didn't notice it...haha but in your case, it's while youre driving? Hopefully someone can help you on that.

 

yeah hopefully somone can chime in. I want to find out the bugs of the car before my 60 day warranty is up.

 

Brake fluid level might be low, check for that. If so, just top it off.

Foot brake is so stupid... but it does make the center console a lot nicer.
