Default Quick question about interior wood grain pieces?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew for sure if the wood grain pieces in our cars popped off easily, or if they are actually molded in as a part of the center consol and doors?

If you are curious, I plan on altering their appearance in some way, I don’t know what exactly I am going to do yet, but getting them out of the car is a great starting point.

The center console parts basically pull out. The door panel parts require removal of the door panels- the wood panels are screwed on from behind with phillips screws.
