help - passenger side driving light out
CL community - i need some help / advise. The passenger side driving light (the small light next to the headlight) on my 99 gs400 is out. The other side works fine but neither bulb in this light is working? is this just blown bulbs, blown fuse or what???

I checked and replaced the main bulb 1st expecting that was the problem - it didn't work. I realized there was a 2nd bulb that I swapped with the drivers side that was working but that didn't work either. I pulled and looked at the fuse and it looked like it was in-tact (but I'm not sure I was even lookin at the correct one). I can't believe the wires would just go bad one day but maybe they would ? What are your thoughts?

I would try this... after doing some searching on here it seems that its narrowed down to the fuse, the bulb, or the ballast... well the majority of the hits showed that. Good luck bro! Some people had this problem after installing HIDs into their fogs for some reason. But are you talking about the DRL as well? in the high beam housing? Maybe you loosend the connection when taking it out. it is a lil tricky to get too if u have panda paws
if everything worked and now it doesn't...if the fuse is good and all plugs are connected properly. you can rule that out, then do the following...
switch the left and right headlight bulbs.
if the same side still doesn't light up. Its the ballast.
if the opposite side doesn't light up. its that bulb.
