Two sets of headlights, no condensation in either one.

I think that this 'poll' isn't really going to prove any point to your dealer... they already know this is a common problem with the 2nd gen GS. In fact they've issued a TSB on it (attached below). IMO you'll be better off finding out if your car falls within the range of the TSB and asking for some goodwill on their part in replacing them if your car is out of warranty since it's a common known issue with our cars.

Just noticed I had it in the left headlight (driver's side) after the heavy rains 2 weeks ago on the east coast.

Thanks for the TSB Dave. My car is still under warantee. A service adviser at one dealer told me there is no problem and they have never heard of that happening, they werent even willing to look at it. The dealer I have chose to take the car to is going to take a look for me and hopefully will be able to provide some assistance with the presentation of the TSB.

99 gs4, condensation comes once in awhile. taking out the bulb and using a hair dryer usually does the trick. takes about 30 minutes but of course it depends how much condensation you have.

My 2002 GS430 had condensation in both headlights. I ended up replacing them at my cost.

Had condensation years ago in passenger side lens. Replaced under warranty. Simple solution is lens replacement. http://www.toyolexparts.com/web/inde...Path=17_94_118
