Default 18 inch chrome

Just put these on the other day. Used BFGoodrich 245/45/18 all around.

HEY BRO what's size and diameter of those rims 19x8 or what??? And ALSO, if I were you I put 25 mm spacers in the REAR and light 10 mm FRONT. These 2GS cars already tend to have the wheels pushed out a bit in the front. And are unfortunately sunk more in the wheel well in the rear. So you'll need more mm out in the back to try and match the front evenly if your using spacers. Next 2GS I pick up gotta be a GS430. I'm thinking of those wheels. I love them. You should consider in the future painting then exact color code as car and triple clear coating it for that luxurious Japanese machine look!!!!!

Front: 19X8 5X114.3 ET45
Back: 19X9 5X114.3 ET60

Yeah I was thinking 25mm spacers in the back for sure and either 10-15mm in the front. Never thought about painting them black, but now that you mentioned it I think it'll turn out pretty nice.

Default 255/40/18 tires on 8.5 rims?

I don't see anyone running this combination on the front. Will they fit? Thanks.

Seriously? Nobody can tell me if these tires on 8.5" rims will work on the front of a moderately lowered 1998 GS 400?

Use this tool to help you out. I don't know your stock size so you will have to input those numbers. It should give you a better idea of what's going on.

Thanks. According to this, I should have no problem. Just wondering why nobody seems to go this big on the front.
