BIGVIC, my setup uses TL bi-xenon projectors on the outside and TSX projectors inside. I did all the work myself. The shrouds were custom made...not to mention took a hell of a long time lol. I laid a layer of fiberglass between the bowl and projector. The ballasts are Bosch Gen2 modified for 65w output.

Close up pic of the shrouds.

I had a lot of problems with that guy and his company too, and I know 3 other members that had the same problem, but won't mention who they are unless they want to chime in.

Just hop on ebay and look for used projectors and housings. Prices as follows.
$350 - Acura TL Projectors
$180 - Acura TSX Projectors
$250 - GS Headlight Housings
$175 - Ballasts for low beam (2 units)
$175 - Ballasts for high beam (2 units)
$150 - Halo CCFL Ring Kit

Keep in mind, these are average selling prices for USED parts on ebay. You might get lucky on the auction and pay less for the parts.

I haven't built a retro in a while. I just checked on ebay and prices have come down quite a bit. Not quite half, but about 30% less. Anyways, those were the "average" selling prices back when I did this retro(around Nov 06').
