Lexus CARB standards
Does lexus do anything different with California cars to comply with CARB than it does in any other state. Any emissions stuff like manufactures used to do ?

I don't know about Lexus in particular, but I do remember Toyota with regard to the Solara 1st generation had some vehicles that had precats (for California and I believe some other states), but other vehicles had no pre-cats. I think this depended just on where the vehicles were sold new.
