ok guys...

havent been here a while... lots has happened... I somehow managed to get arrested and have my car impounded for running a traffic stop... which i didnt know was a traffic stop.... the cop wouldnt give me any chance to explain... he went after me... I pulled over... now if I was alluding an officer/failing to comply, I would not pull over, now would I? anywho... I dont know what to do now... I'mma try get the GS out tomorrow. the damn hearing is next year November 2002!!! isnt there something in the constitution or whatever bill of rights that entitles someone to a speedy trial? well whatever.. Imma try to talk to a lawyer or something...

You can call the court (specified on teh ticket) and reshedule the court date much sooner. Lawer is always a good idea if you know a good one who specialises in traffic offenses.

Open up yellow pages or ask aroung your work/school about good traffic lawers. If it happened to you in San Diego I would know how to get you off paying $250 and no entry in your record but it didn't. Hope it helps.
