i have a 2000 gs400 w/41k and the heater/ ac does not work.. what could be the problem?

yes it blows, but that's it. it doesn't blow cold or hot air. its like a house fan

If the AC compressor engages (loads engine and relay activates higher engine rpm) then the problem is in the ventialtion system servo (this acitvates different dampers to direct air).
