Default Replacing Side Mirror

My JDM Side Mirrors from Carson arrived today.
While installing it, I found out my passenger side mirror has 2 wires that went behind the mirror, in addition to the wiring harness. My JDM mirror only takes a wiring harness but not the extra 2 wires.
I am wondering should I cut the extra wires... I wonder what they do..?
Any idea?

(green = wiring harness)
(red = 2 wires that go behind the mirror)
