Well I have been a Sprint PCS customer since '98 and yet they still do not have any downloadable tones or images. I recently had to purchase a new Touchpoint 1100 phone from Sprint PCS cause, my Motorola died on me. What a waste. If I did not have a year contract I would have switched providers already. Anyone else have Sprint PCS?

 

I totally agree with you. Sprint PCS is pretty bad. I have been a customer since they started offering service in Los Angeles.

The funny thing is the area where others have problem the Sprint PCS actually works. That is why I am still a customer...since I transverse those problem area frequently.
