Passenger Side Window Creaking!!

Passenger Side Window Creaking!!
Ok, my 02 GS430 has got a little creak in the passenger side window. If I roll the window down just a hair, it goes away.
Any ideas? I am not much of a "take it all apart and see whats going on guy", cuz I am the "take it all apart and break a bunch of stuff guy", so I am looking for a bit of guidance here....
anyone with a similar problem?
