i knew a guy that had a charcoal sportdesign and i distinctly remember is being a 430. But i've never seen one anywhere else....he was a tool and i wouldn't put it by him to just switch the emblems....anybody know???

 

Nope. Only the GS300. There was a sports version of the GS430 in Europe but it was not quite the same as the SD ones.

 

wow what a loser...he saw my 300 sportdesign and said ...hey i had the same car...but the bigger engine....if I see him again I'm def. tellin him.

 

Or....you could make your own sportdesign

Go buy a GS300 SD and swap the interior out then sell the GS3.

I kinda want to do that. My car is white on tan, and I want the SD interior And yes, I want to stick with white so that's what I would go into so much trouble to do it. White on black are extremely rare, but White on sportdesign....thats unheard of

I just need to save up some extra $$ to buy a GS3 SD

 

White on black in a sport design is not rare cause the 03 SD comes in white with black leather...a guy few blocks from me has one

I saw something similiar yesterday on the LIE on the commute home.

He's up in front of me (Black, 01 Tails) so of course I speed up a little to see if it's a CL member or to give an invite to join (shouldn't have bothered). It was 430 badged with Platinum badges on the wheel well, chrome fender tips (black car remember), chrome tail light covers, SILVER MIRROR TINT, I tried to get my phone off my hip to take a picture but couldn't reach it in time, as I passed him he didn't have DRL's running so I'm still not sure what it was.

I thought the SD's only came in silver, black, and that charcoal color. I've never seen a white SD in my life....but if there they made white SD's......then the hunt is on!

Or go as him how much he wants for his car....lol

There are white SD.. My buddy who works for Lexus of Tampa has a white one. Its has a dark camel leather interior with black accents.. It is sweet! The exterior is white with the silver/grey sport design badges on each side near the front wheel wells and colored silver/grey emblems on the rear deck.

I wish they made GS400/430 Sport Designs cause I definitely would have nabbed one!
