Can someone check the engine bay to see if the radiator support is black or matching paint color? If black, is it plain black or shiny finish?
My car is in the bodyshop and they think this supposed to be matching paint color, and they already painted it. Actually they painted the entire radiator support frame in matching silver, not just the top surface. It does look good but I'm not sure if that's how it comes from factory. My car had prior damage before my ownership, so I cannot tell what it supposed to be from factory.

In fact, my car had obviously poor paint job from the previous repair. It shows over spray of silver where the radiaor support connect to the fender, but the rest of radiator support was black almost looking like primer.

Bodyshop also found many other prior damages that were not repaired properly and hidden behind bumper and radiator. I have a small crease in front of the sunroof. I used to think this is from someone banging on the roof, but the bodyshop tells me that that is a typical damage of major front end impact. I'm talking to a lawyer now to go after the dealer. I got the car CPO, and the dealer claimed the car had no accident.

 

dang...sorry to hear that you got screwed by the dealer...i see you are in VA...what dealer did you purchase from? just curious......hopefully u'll be able to get some loot back.
