THe Ash tray does not close.???

Anyone who knows how to fix and or remove the Ash tray
would be appreciated. Thanks

 

the ashtray is pretty easy to remove...in the open position, pull it out directly towards you at a level basis....

it may not want to come out at first, but pull hard...when i first pulled my ashtray out, i thought i was pulling so hard i might break it....but i eventually removed it.

 

Keep closing it over and over and over again, it will eventually catch and start locking and unlocking again. sorry best advice I can give you without replacing it.
