electrical engine for steering wheel

My electrical engine for steering wheel is dead. I can`t find any store where I can buy it. Number of this part "Toyota 45789-30010 162000-5430 12V 1U DENSO". I will appreciate help.

Electrical engine? Do you mean the tilt motors? I don't think I've ever heard a motor called an electrical engine before....lol
