WoW J this is great news, I know your a baller and you really don't need the money but that fast that this kid finally got his and your getting your monry back is great. I remember this thread well cuz a little bit after you bought my weapon-r intake and I remeber you asking me in a pm if you could call and I think you asked for some referrals I think..LOL I was like Dude!! WE hit it off ever since.(even if you are a Boston Fan)

 

awesome bro.. I had the same thing happen to me... a guy ripped me off in California had to pay restitution for online scam! Was about 3 years later too!

 

Jeff this is great news man, I had to call you when I heard it! Sometimes a few rough patches can make you truly feel like "good guys finish last" but as I have said time and time again, the energy that you put out in this world will be returned in some way shape or form.

I bet that punk never thought in a million years he would be paying you when he sent you those bald tires!!

I still can't beleive it, I can't believe after three years I am getting my money back, it blows me away. I told my girl and told her we are going out to eat at the best possible restaurant in Boston this weekend and it is on this scumbag lol. It will taste O so good lol.

Adrian, do you remember that ish, that was so funny, boy was I gunshy to buy online and then we started talking and became very good friends. Same with D he helped me out bigtime getting some wheels after I lost this money. So good things did come out of it.

As for the money, I was wondering if I was going to get some interest as well lol. That money could have been in a nice money market account or even a stock. Ah who cares just glad to see it coming back.

I always tell my kids that "what goes around comes around" and if they do something bad to somebody, someone else will do something bad to them.

just wondering if the state is garnishing this person's paycheck to reimburse you. as im reading, this person is not paying you directly but the state?

i didn't read the past post but did you file a claim agaist him?

 

What i was told was they arrested him for doing this to many other people so what they did was put him on probation and made him get a job and from that job he has to pay everyone back. SO the state is collectiing the money and they disperse it to everyone.

 

well there is hope that you'll get your refund; it may take awhile but better late than never.
