Default Fog Light Connector Problem

I recently had a run-in with a curb that resulted in no real damage to my car but somehow threw the driver's side foglight 8 feet. I bought a new foglight but the problem is that when the old one ripped off - the wires came out of the connector that goes into the bulb. One place said I need a new wiring harness but obviously all I really need is the connector with the 2 wires coming out of it so I can splice it together. Does anyone know if this part exists or if there is some aftermarket solution that works?

I searched old topics and came across this and thought my problems were solved until I realized it was for an SC:

Is there a part like this for the GS? I have a 2000 GS4 with HIDs - not that it should matter but its the clear lens with the yellow light.

Can you just get the wires re-pinned back into the connector?

You can buy the connectors at any parts store, even Walmart. When someone stole mine, they just cut the connectors off. After I bought new fogs, I had to get the connectors (Walmart).

That's great. Is there some name for the connector or can they just look it up at the auto parts store?

I believe all you need is a 9006 wire harness connector. Pretty inexpensive.
