Default Car having trouble starting

lately my car been have not start on me, like when i turn the key in at first it crank and and nothing then i did it again it starts, but the other day it didnt, so i got it volt tested and i found out i needed a new battery. I went out and got it replaced but now when i start the car all i hear is click, no cranking or nothing, i do it like twice b4 the car even starts, im thinking i might have a bad starter or something and someone enlighten me on this and the cost of it. thanks

Sounds like starter troubles. Maybe a bad solenoid and maybe the contacts just need a good cleaning. Get it fixed soon because I had the same thing going on my 4runner and finally it got to the point where I needed to try 10 or more times to start the damn thing, and then finally one day she wouldn't start.

Did you verify that the cables were put on tightly and they have a good connection??
