So do you hook the injector and the RPM to the purple harness wire together?

Cuz it has "purple wire (RPM Signal * Injector Signal)"

And about this manifold input the HW-10 or what ever....did you do this? Could some setting be the problem with the throttle position?

Also what mods are you running? and Can you share your AFC setttings?

Pann,
the correct throttle position wire is 3 pins directly left(Red/Black wire) of the Air Flow Sensor in Diagram T10a. I just got it to work today. I'll let you know the results of my dyno tune tomorrow.

I went to a different dyno and I baseline at 237 rwhp and 259 ft/lbs torque. After setting my A/F Ratio to 13. My peak increase was 10 hp and 12 ft/lbs torque. But in some areas I did increase over 20 hp. I'm really happy with the increase because the increase of hp and torque was throughout the diagram.

Not bad at all for $300 bucks!!! Given your peak was 20hp and the average of 10hp and 12lb tq. I wonder what the increase would be with different settings? One member on the SC forum "MadMaxSC400" with his SC4 got around 18 - 20hp average and 28 peak if I'm not mistaking. I saw "ComputerWiz" s-afc in his SC3 this past week end at Nopi. "93sc3005spd" has a s-afc too... Maybe you all can get together on some settings to optimize the unit's ability to perform on the car.

What numbers did "BananaGS" get with his S-AFC? I thought they were higher than the ones you got at the dyno.

I did see the post with the sc getting around 30 rwhp. I was happy to get 10 maybe I could have gotten more if I had a air intake and exhaust? I'm going to wait until next year for this.

p.s. - you can't just take someone elses setting and plug them in. Not all cars are the same. You should always get your car dyno tune with the s-afc.

I was searching the forums and found this thread on the SAFC. I had the SAFC2 in my car to see if I can get some fine tuning in before going standalone and I wired everything according to this diagram.

I also saw what Apexi recommends for the GS400 (T10a). I know mine was working fine and I am curious as to how you guys got yours to work tapping into different places for RPM and TPS. I wish I had the Lexus ECU diagram to see but I don't.

Do you know if this diagram for the S-AFC will work for the GS430? Or does it have a different hot wire set up?
