looks like someone had a system in there before hand, they all look like audio wiring to me.. the ones on the top i think are RCA cables, ground cable, power wire...? and I'm not too sure about the wires in the middle or bottom pic. check under your hood, near the battery if you see a fuse holder and the power wire connecting the fuse holder to the battery, that means when you do your system, just take it to some audio place and make sure they use the previous wires or maybe get new wiring, up to you, just have an audio shop check your wiring.. do you have stock navigation head unit? i know when i did my system, i needed a navigation converter so that i can use my stock navigation head unit to control the audio and everything still...

good luck

First pictures show the blue rca cables that were used with aftermarket amps.
Trace those other big wires and if they lead to the battery, then they were there to power the audio equipments.

If they're good/decent wires then you're set b/c you don't have to buy them

2nd picture: Can't really tell because with all the harness. It is the place where the navigation system sits though if it's factory.

I don't think you should worry too much. Ask the previous owner if he had aftermarket stereo.

1st pix..looks like power cable which would come from the battery..the rca plugs that would come from the head unit...oh and the thinner blue one is the remote wire.

nakamichi amp was in the rear as in the pics..looks like they tapped the stock speaker wires to the doors. (2nd pix)
