I have the factory yellow fogs on my car and i was noticing the outer lens today. It looks like it's seen better days. The glass in now pitted to the point it almost looks as if the glass is frosted.

Can you buy just the outer replacement lens, or do you have to buy the entire light housing?

And, if you do need to buy the entire housing.....are the housings the same for clear fogs and yellow fogs? I'd assume they are the same, but thought i'd verify that here. Just want to make sure i order the correct ones.

I think you have to buy the whole housing, and yes there are 2, clear and amber.

 

Yea, make sure you buy the yellow ones - they are not the same housing (color at least) as the clear.

Have you ever tried that flitz thing - its supposed to help un-pit headlights. Its worth a shot before you spend $160 on new housings.

 

Well i'll try to polish them first, because at this point i have nothing to loose.

And just to reiterate this info.......
Yes, there is two different color fogs AND The housing for each is different. So i specifically need yellow fog housings. Correct?
